We will endeavour to go ahead with the adventure come rain or shine, but if we have to cancel due to adverse weather, we will let you know the day before and give you the option to either carry your payment forward for a future event, or have a full refund. 

 

If your circumstances change and you can no longer attend:

- If you cancel 4 weeks or more before the event, you will be entitled to a full refund.

​

- After that, if we can fill your space, you will receive 75% of what you paid back.

   If we can’t fill your space, we won’t be able to offer you a refund.
